Friday Finish

This is definitely a rush job! 8^)

I sewed the border sections.

Then I layered batting backing and the top so I could do a quick envelope finish. The fusible interfacing is showing.

This went well. I pinned so I could machine quilt along the sashing. I used a neutral on the back and a pink quilting cotton for the front.

This is hot from the dryer!

  1. That is so smart! This does not look like a last minute quilt at all. Well done!

  4. I love this little quilt. I find it hard to believe that it was a rush job. I really like the quilting. It sets off the blocks very nicely.

  5. I am SO incredibly impressed with your sewing skills. This may have been a rush job, but it looks like you spent forever making all those squares line up so perfectly. Your quilts are so, so impressive.
