Book stack

The most prominent stacks in the whole house are books.  This image I got off the Internet is a close to a tree that we will get but it does make me look at my book stacks in a better light!  Hmm, I may even have a nice pine cone to top the tallest stack.  :)

I had ordered Elizabeth Barton's book as a preseason treat and was moving along at my usual rapid pace to get to the end when I realized that if I was to actually benefit from my books I need to slow down, savour, and do the exercises.  So, uncharacteristically (I might just be growing up) I closed the book and went into the Coop and Saucer Playroom to study the stacks of inspirational material I have gathered over the years.

Happy dance!  I reduced five stacks of great articles down to one inspirational binder and five shallow trays for current interests.  Whoo hoo!  Avalanche avoided!  ;) ;)

Now I need to talk to the Rooster about his penchant for covering the window sills in the kitchen with his stacks of bills, books, and boy stuff!  vbsigh

My house is totally defined by stacks. Unfortunately most are mine!

This is such a clever use of books for a Christmas tree. This would be fantastic at a library...of which I still visit. Congratulations on your binder and trays of organized inspiration. Happy savouring...

The book tree is amazing and is my favorite for this year. I have a weakness for books and I go to library at least 3x a week plus a book store.
