more sweetner please

I can't do valentines without reds, pinks or even the softer mauve's.  :(  I need more colour!

The lesson,  Ink TENSITY,  uses the Derwent pencils.  Teacher has a whole lot more pencils than I do. I even threw in a couple of Faber-Castell's.   I wonder if I could throw the Derwent Blocks into the cake mix!  I shall be what ifing...

And speaking of sweetness..

Not what I am supposed to be doing at all but I really feel like sticking my finger in the icing bowl this week!

they are yummy, for sure. I loved these lessons from joanne, and I am thinking it's time to dip into the icing, {you good girl!} xoxo

How do you like the Inktese? They are water slumber, right? I haven't done much with pencils. Really like the Tombow pens!

I love my iPad, it likes to guess at what words you really mean to use! Water soluble not....taking a nap!

I have a set of a dozen InkTense and find you have to use them sparingly because the colour really intensifies (grin)when wet. They aren't colour-fast till they've been wet and dried. I use them mainly on fabric pieces for accenting. I expect you would use the blocks in a similar way.

Love your "icing", by the way! :-)

Lovely colors and I am getting into Valentines that are lots of shades other than reds and pinks. Maybe I just love the creativity of it all.
