Finish a Long Three

It was an April Fool on the Rooster as he thought one of his ewes was lambing.  Coldest April 1st in a long time so he was glad she was only fooling!  But he moved them up closer to the barn as their time is approaching.  :)

The binder works well when I have my mouth just right!  Operator error sometimes.  I do wish I had gotten the bigger size as the batting and the seams make things a wee bit more difficult.  I'll be practicing some more as I think I can snug things up even better.

But she is another finish.

I have some of those binder thingies. They were my mum's. Hmmm...I must look for them as I had forgotten I had them:)

I remember that contraption from my mother's machine! Always wondered what it was and how you use it. Looks like a pretty slick way to bind a quilt.

Oh how much snow you have! Lucky for the Rooster it was only April Fool. There is something to be said about "setting your mouth just right" as it works for mechanics, artists and all types of trades. ;o)
Another finish thanks to your perseverance and using your binding tool. Fabulous Finish Dear...

Did you just get the binder recently? I can't remember you talking about it. I should try this. I notice you rounded the corners. How would it work if you needed square corners? Any idea?

One more question: Do you shear those sheep?

Yay another finish! I haven't tried a binder. Don't think I have one. Must look into it.
